Beautifully decorated hotel in a really convenient location. Breakfast was lovely although thought the bakery items were from the previous day. Main issue is that it gets quite noisy at night so if you’re a light sleeper then it may not be the best place to stay on a Saturday night.

This is a lovely Boutique hotel in a bustling part of Oaxaca. Good food options and an honor system for drinks. The breakfast was so nice, with fresh bread, fresh fruit, meats and local cheese

Everything as a whole was amazing, sophia the receptionist was very kind, sweet, helpful and very sociable with a beautiful smile that is welcoming. Rooms were very well put together and honestly close to every oaxaca city has to offer. If you are into experiencing night life ex: bars,food, views then this is the place to be. Clean room, great staff very responsive and helpful. Staff shared many suggestions etc. Walkable to all areas. Not the properties fault but there’s very loud music a few doors down which went on until around 2/2:30am which was a little tough. Apart from that great place.

Beautiful aesthetic! Great location. Warm, helpful staff. Excellent hospitality with thoughtful touches. We were only there for one night in our way to the coast and our stay was perfect. We will absolutely return.

A beautiful place to stay

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. The location, staff, and breakfast were all outstanding, while the room and shared spaces were beautifully designed. The terrace is a real highlight! The room could be a little noisy but you expect this given the location.

Pros: Wonderful staff, helpful for reserving a driver, taxi to airport, tips and suggestions for local food and sites. Snacks throughout the day are provided and they are delicious, pastries, and more. Rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is clean. The private deck is gorgeous and feels like a private oasis. Location is very central, convenient, and safe. Cons: Bathroom hot water only lasts in short 2 min bursts of scalding hot and then becomes very cold. There are minimal lights so it's mostly dark and challenging to see in the mirror when getting ready. The dance club a few doors down the street is so loud it shakes the room with bass until as late as 4am. Hotel provides earplugs but there's no warning when booking and earplugs don't block out the bass.

Great stay!

Loved our stay here. Our room was beautifully designed and chic, bed was comfortable, lots of space. The staff is fantastic! So friendly and helpful. Amazing breads and breakfast in the morning, the B&B is part of a famous bakery restaurant next store so guests get treated to the delicious fancy pastries and foods. Great central location, within minutes to everything you'd want in Oaxaca Centro. I would stay here again.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Boulenc Bed and Bread. El staff fue increíblemente amable y servicial, la habitación encantadora y el desayuno, delicioso. Pros: Stylish Great location Cons: Noise, noise and more noise! Noise from the street, noise from the hotel inner courtyard from early morning from staff and from other guests. If you want a restful night, without ear plugs, this place is not for you. Breakfast was disappointing - It starts at 08:30am, probably the latest breakfast of any hotel Ive stayed at before in the world. Because of this, we couldn't have breakfast when we left and also on Tuesday we were told we couldnt have eggs, because the restaurant was closed. Very disappointing considering the price we paid to stay here was not cheap, and no pre-warning of this. Also, no juice was included. Just overcooked eggs (except on Tuesdays) and ONE side. On two occasions, they had also ran out of drinking water.

Stay at Boulenc!

We loved the people, the service, the food and drink options, the location, the rooftop patio. This place is GREAT! Our only issue was that the road facing room was too hot and opening the window was no good due to road noise. Ask for a room not in the street side. We would stay here again in a heartbeat
