"Everything was great at the hotel,they had a restaurant,it was not open at the time we were there,but they had one.Staff was nice and knowledgeable,quick checkin.Only complaint was it was chilly in the room and when trying to turn the heat on all we got was cold air."

"Very, very disappointed in the cost of what they call a “Buffet Breakfast” 18.95 a person for nothing any better than complimentary breakfast you receive at other hotels. Wet eggs, bacon/sausage , bread for toast, mixed fruit, oatmeal. Why would Mariot charge 19 a person for nothing more than a complimentary breakfast. "

"We were promised a check in at 2pm the day of per Henry when we called that morning as directed. He said to call around 1230pm to see if we could get in sooner but 2pm was guaranteed. We arrived at 1230 and were told to call every 1/2 hr by Mia as the room was no longer guaranteed. We checked every 30 min. Nothing, except some attitude from the front desk who were clearly fruatrated with my questions. At 330 we were told 4pm as the manager was the only person cleaning . At 404p we were told no...

"staff services are excellent especially Arena she is so welcome and treat customer very politely and so welcome. This hotel is really comfort and excellent in all areas they provide. i definitely come back without doubt. Thanks so much for the servicing of all staffs from this hotel."
