"Booked a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen for 3 nights. But in the middle of our only full day that we had to enjoy time, we were called and told that we needed to get our stuff out immediately when we were 40 minutes away at the zoo. Their hotel system showed only 2 nights. Even though I sent them the proof from Expedia of my reservation. Then said they would go move our stuff for us to another room or we needed to come move immediately. We had no option. We had to allow strangers to go...

"Every day went there was very polite. It’s great for kids. The pool is open till 10. The slides do close early though at 5 PM I think."

"The room was so smelly of dog pee, it was atrocious. Probably the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. The walls were thin so heard people above us until 4am talking and running around? Kids/babies crying next to us sounded like they were in our room. The guy at the front desk was super sweet tho!"

"The number 1 thing in my book is location. It's located right on the beach a small walk down some stairs not belonging to the hotel that are a bit slippery because of the sand that's built up on them. The facility is absolutely beautiful and clean. The employees at the hotel care about the guest and go above and beyond. The pool are is a little bit small but that's ok if you get your chaise lounger early. The food is exceptionally good however a portion of the menu is made by a local restaurant...
