"I think the hotel has a great view and a lot of access to the whole ocean beach area. Everything is very commutable by foot and there’s a lot of good bars and food options just around the hotel. Truthfully it’s not that far from downtown maybe a 20 minute drive depending on traffic. And the staff was very helpful in finding food options and things to do."

"It's a place to crash after a long day, not to spend time in. Your bed won't be.made. Fresh towels are by request. No phones in the rooms, so if you need anything, you must go to the desk. The previous client had medium length straight black hair and was travelling with a lady who had longer straight black hair. I'll let you figure out how I know that. Goid value, but you get what you pay for. I won't skimp on the hotel again..."

"The staff was very nice and professional. The restaurant at the resort was very good with great service. The rooms were a little outdated and the bedroom didn’t have A/C. Would recommend to stay at this resort."

"The hotel and our rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Pools were nice and heated. We loved the marina and had a great time kayaking. This was an additional cost but well worth it. The onsite dinning/food options are very limited and nothing was available for late hours, after dinner. The Market store closed at 10:00AM so the quick food and coffee wasn’t available after that. This got challenging as we got up early for marina activities then had to leave to go find simple breakfast...

"The hotel overall was very clean, cute and conveniently located. But… the AC in the building was out but they did give us two box fans. There was glass on the floor on the patio. Outside of that it was okay. No pool although the pictures show a pool"

"Our flight was delayed over 24 hours. We were not able to actually go to this hotel. The staff was fantastic as we were trying to get into San Diego, helping us to ensure that our booking would stay. I would not hesitate to book this hotel in the future."

"The property is a little dated, but overall clean and comfortable. It’s directly across the street from San Diego‘s most prolific sport Fishing fleets, which makes it an excellent choice for out of town anglers! Additionally, they do offer paid parking so you can leave your vehicle there instead of the paid parking at Fishermans Landing for guests."

"The only thing I liked was the price. But the hotel is awful. I had to wait outside to check in for about 25 minutes before the staff arrived. There’s a fee for parking (small, horrible parking lot). Our room had weird stains on mattress and walls. Beds were uncomfortable and the sheets like they have not been washed. AC was not working properly. Next time I will just pay the extra 25-40 for a better stay. I guess you get what you pay for ."

"I called previously to see how much my deposit would be. I was told $50 for the whole stay. When I got there they took $100. They only had one role of toilet paper for three people and three days. The mattresses were a little hard. But not a bad stay for us."
