"Comfortable property if you’re looking for a short stay. The location is very convenient 15 mins away from just about everything. The only issue I had was that the air unit had a burning scent coming from it so we didn’t turn it on. Overall, it’ll get the job done. Rooms had adequate space which was good. "

"Its a beautiful property and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pools are excellent as is the fitness club. It’s an amazing layout and the rooms are very big. When we arrived and took a shower, there was a disgusting smell of sulfur, which showed there was a problem with the pipes. It’s an older property so there may be issues like this. They did fix it, but that was a bit unusual, and we did have to vacate the room until the engineer came and took care of it. Also, we couldn’t really use our balcony because apparently ducks and animals poop in the area and there were flies everywhere. So there are some glitches associated with the kind of property it is and its age, but it is lovely and in a wonderful location."

"The breakfast menu was fine, just wish there were more hot menu items, but that's me being picky. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the only 1 issue was that I could hear them from my room, as we shared a wall. The air conditioning in my room was great, and the room overall was well-maintained. Good experience!"

"3rd time staying at ocean villa, and its probably one of my favorite places. Its a simple room with simple stuff but honestly in a beach town you really dont need anythime more. Its a quick walk to most convinces, and close enough to Newport Ave, that you rarely need to drive if your not leaving the area. Parking is limited but theres always a spot near the beach if you have more cars. Honestly one of my favorite places to stay if your looking for a lower price beach stay, even better if you have a furry 4 legged child."

Then I tried to call Expedia multiple times because the representative would not speak and only concerned with taking my information first before he would have a conversation and then did nothing."
