"I have been coming to the lobby cafe for the last two years and had never had opportunity to stay until now . Check in was at 4pm, we got here at 4:15pm and room wasn’t ready until 4:45pm.
We had to be somewhere at 8:30pm , we got to the lobby at 8pm and requested our car from valet and they didn’t bring it until 8:21pm .
We got back after midnight since it was new years , and I woke up around 4am because I heard a ticking noise and it’s a leak coming from the ceiling .
I let front desk know...
