"Noticed someone else’s hair in our room leftover. Room was humid even with the air conditioner set to auto cool so much so that after we got back to the room after 5 hours my sweatshirt I had hanging was damp as was the carpet. It just felt gross. Pillows had an odor and staff swapped them out quickly. Breakfast had a nice selection. Staff was friendly. "The rooms are privately owned, and the hotel is nice, but the rooms are outdated. They were clean but need to be upgraded. We booked 17 rooms for a party, and all of our guests had complaints about the rooms. They had to change several rooms. For the price, I would stay at a different hotel when we go back next year."

We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"Never came by to clean room after first day. Shampoo dispenser empty, Kleenex dispenser empty. Whirlpool not functioning. I had to empty my own garbage cans. Very outdated rooms and hallways. Hallway carpet could use a cleaning. Elevators made loud noises on opening and closing. I will not stay at a Hampton Inn again."
