"well, first of all the pool was closed, and there was no notification of that before the room was booked second of all there was constructiong going on in the room either next to our room in Tower one started at eight and was going on until around 4 o’clock, I didn’t book the room to listen to someone do demolition. I booked a room for rest and relaxation. I think in the future when you’re gonna have someone doing construction, you should at least let the guest know before they book the room. no response from management."

"Room was dirty. Sticky floors and counter tops. Balls of hair in the bathroom. Requested additional towels and wash clothes 2 days prior to our checkout and never received them."

"The room was nice. Perfect for a quick stay. There was plenty of room and it very spacious."

"Pool area was great. Resort is doing renovations and half of the pool was unusable and no restrooms were available except to go to the third floor. Our room was nice but noticed the bathroom wasn’t completely clean( toothpaste left on counter) but housekeeping did bring towels daily. There was a major leak under the sink, once reported it was repaired."

"The gentleman who checked me in was incredibly friendly and professional. Unfortunately, that’s where it ended. There is no way that this facility should be included in the Fairfield or Marriott portfolio. It was dirty, beat up, not well maintained and smelled horrible. I literally left and found somewhere else to stay."

"Very dated and needs to remodeled. Tub bottom was slanted and very hard to stand in. Definitely better options in the are in this price range. "
