"We stayed at the Best Western Cocoa Beach Hotel for one night and while the location was very convenient and close to the beach, the hotel itself was disappointing for the price. At around $300 per night, I expected a much nicer and better-maintained property. The hotel felt more like an older roadside motel than a typical Best Western hotel. The overall structure and appearance were outdated and not what I was expecting. The breakfast selection was okay, with enough options to get by, but nothing special. One of the biggest issues was cleanliness. The bathrooms did not appear to be properly cleaned, which made the stay feel uncomfortable. The location is definitely the best part of this hotel, but overall, I would not stay here again because I do not think it was worth the price."

"Stayed in room 813.. Rooms was very outdated..bathroom is old .. different color lights bed side lights..broken switch in bathroom (may be fire hazard) .. kids lazy pool is good and breakfast was decent. Won’t recommend anyone !"

"The place was simply a dump. The pool was a seas pool of green and hadn’t been in operation for a year. The staff were apologetic and kind. The bed was comfortable. But the floors were dirty. You can do better than this. People screaming and yelling at all hours!!!"
