"The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay."

"Listed as four star with two rosettes, should be rated maximum of two star.
Breakfast was greasy.
Lack of ambience.
Bathroom stank of cigarette smoke.
Cleaners took away the rubbish and changed the towels but did not make the bed.
No lounge to sit and relax in.
Website mentioned restaurant being refurbed. No sign of this happening.
Whole hotel is tired and needs complete overhaul.
Bed and pillows uncomfortable.
Chairs by window also uncomfortable.
Stayed just one night, not two due to the...

"Never really write reviews but maybe that goes some way to show how impressed I was. Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. Food was excellent for the price point."
