"Excellent place to stay! This is our second time staying at Paradise Resort and we will continue to stay with them every time we go back to the Gold Coast! Super convenient location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants BUT you won’t need to leave the resort at all if you don’t want to, as they have everything you need in there! All day activities for the kids, restaurants, convenience store etc We can not fault it at all! Super recommended "

"This was an amazing experience. It was one of our first resort experiences and as a family it was perfect. There was so much for the kids to do, and we really could stay within the resort and have a great time. There were some good activities (snorkelling, diving, boating, jet skis) which were bookable and departing from Radisson Blu as well which was amazing. "The food service was quick & efficient with good portion sizes! Room was comfortable & very quiet even in the middle of the day with lots of people outside the room was still fairly quiet surprisingly. The customer service at front desk over phone could use some work in manners & focus to helping the customer as best as possible - very short, clueless & rude answers with no solution tips or effort to solve or help. Otherwise the stay was 100% worth every minute & dollar! "
