"It’s a nice spacious property especially if you book residence with many pools and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Only few things that we found can make stay even better but not something that will be deal breaker. If you like late night snacks or room services there are no facility after 10:30 at the hotel premises but you can order food from Uber eats. As it’s a big place it can do with having a grocery store or convenience store on premises. Secondly no private beach,...

"Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user.
