"Great location! Beautiful property. Friendly Staff. Carpet in the room could use a good scrub. Bathroom was large so was confused as to why there wasnt more counter space installed. Could hear every step from guests upstairs so I would suggest a higher floor. But overall place was super unique and cool and romantic vibes. I would stay here again if I'm ever lucky enough to visit the area again"

"Great amenities and restaurants. Very cool underground bridge to connect the 2 sides of the property. Really cool hot tubs on the rooftop. Great views of the ocean, and close to everything we needed."

"Conveniently located within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The valet, bellhop, and maid service people were especially courteous and attentive. Check-in was average; checkout person was rude. We had trouble sleeping because the bed was too soft. I think the mattress has seen better days. The room refrigerator was completely packed with in-room drinks. There was no room for us to put in our own water, snacks, or leftovers."

"The gentleman that checked us in in the evening was amazing and very helpful! Our stay was great until we went to breakfast and to check out. The young woman at the desk didn’t greet us or offer assistance. I asked her about breakfast because it seemed to not be ready yet. She informed us we were two minutes early and the. Just stared. Didn’t offer us to sit and wait or anything g else. We asked to sit and then waited 20 mins while we watched one women trying to prepare the yogurt parfaits...

"The front desk employees were always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the beach, Cannery Row and the aquarrium. Unable to take a bath because.stoppers don't fit. Nice cool patio and comfortable bed."

"La propiedad es bonita pero si tienen detalles que mejorar, no cuenta con cortinas black out, la cortina de la regadera no llega hasta abajo y se hace mojadero, el estacionamiento tiene cargo de $20 usd, pero al llegar la chica me cobró $25, después me reembolsaron la diferencia, pero por más que insistí en que me habían avisado que costaba $20 no me dejó hacer el check in sin pagarle los $25.00 por noche."

"Excelent staff very clean rooms and the property felt very safe which is a plus, id reccomend the motel to all who like great staff great grounds and a safe invironment .when in Monterey ca and in the market for a room drop in at Sevensons motel."

"The property was small but convenient to stay for few days. The staff are friendly and answered my questions. The room was clean and they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion too. Which is really nice! They even have keurig for coffee! They also clean our room without us asking for it. The only thing was we can hear people from outside and upstairs. Overall it was really good place to stay in. Will stay here when I visit Carmel again. Everything was so close here!"
