"Nice, simple, affordable room. We were in the area for an overnight stay and this fit what we needed. It was a little further than I realized from where we were for our visit but that was my fault. With all said it was still worth the extra drive. We will be going back to the area again and this will be the place I check first."

"All white bedsheets and towels have turned a grayish color with dark blotches. Bedsheets were with quite a few burnt holes. The motel demanded $4/day more than Expedia's booking indicated, and refused to state any reasons besides flatly "that is the destination charge." Their invoice stated the charge as "resort fee", whatever that is."

"The hotel was nice and well maintained. The staff are not clear on the late checkout policy. When I called about checking out late during my stay, I was told a note would be put in my reservation for a 2:00pm checkout. However, when I checked in I was told 12:30pm or 1:00pm at the latest. This was an issue because I stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly. I was there to attend my daughters college graduation."

"The building and the staff were great! Such a cute property and a really nice room. Only downside was that it was pretty loud due to traffic noise outside (and an early morning party in the parking lot next door). But the staff and amenities were really top notch, and breakfast was very tasty both days!"

"My stay was great, room, the whole place was clean well kept, when I had questions they were answered the staff was helpful and polite. It helped make my stay wonderful and allowed me to enjoy the rest of my time while I was there."

"My husband, my mother and I stayed in two rooms for the homecoming of my son on the USS Gerald Ford. We were very disappointed that the rooms did not have a coffee maker OR a microwave. They also did not have any dresser or night stands with drawers to store clothes. This was definitely like staying in a dorm room. "We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable"

"Love the Location; easy walk to my event. Beds were super comfy. Staff was friendly enough. Cons: TV stations were not working, but received a nice food voucher as a comp. The shower drain backed up regularly and sink gurgled as water slowly drained. Most likely will stay again next year for event."
