"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "I loved the fact that it was all inclusive. I bought the membership and was offered a room upgrade and wrist band change. Once we went to the front desk for the upgrade and wrist band change we were told it’s not reflected in the system. That was disappointing. We were promised these things and weren’t given it after they got us to purchase a membership. That did not sit well with me. Other than that the resort was beautiful and the staff was great."
