"It worked for the purpose of quick overnight. Although the club music right behind us kept me up all night. Tiny mosquitoes or something I couldnt even see kept biting so had to wear long sleeves and long pants thru night. Jacuzzi by pool had to be turned on by front desk and never got hot although sign says supposed to be 104 degrees, 70 at best. Hard beds. A few little tiny knat type bug seen on floor. "I stayed at turtle Towers which was managed by Burbank property in Jamaica. It was a disaster. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. "I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
