Rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the town center and beaches. Would definitely recommend.

When we arrived at the property we were informed the keys to the room were at the ain hotel reception which was 15 minutes walk away. This was very inconvenient as we had just finished a 12 mile hike. If we were older and infirmed this could have been a major problem. It could have been easily solved by having a key safe installed at the property and supplying a code this saving a 30 minute round walk. This problem is not highlighted when you book the room

Boa localização, falta atendimento na portaria. A diária não inclui limpeza diária nos aposentos nem troca de toalhas, só ficamos sabendo no local que teríamos que pagar € 25/ dia para esse serviço..

We had a nice stay but there were a few amenities lacking. We had to buy a big jug of water for drinking and there were no cups in the room. Also, did not like that to lock the door when inside, you need the key.

Personnel d'accueil sympa et chambre dans l'ensemble correct. Cependant, la salle de bain est clairement à refaire : de la rouille, de l'humidité, la peinture qui s'en va et une odeur dégoûtante sortant des canalisations. Attention : si vous ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner en ligne ils peuvent vous faire payer plus cher sur place. Un jour nous avons payé 12,5 et le lendemain 11,5 par personne sans explication.

Correct pour une nuit mais literie à changer

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette Quinta. L’accueil n’est possible qu’à partir de 15h et pas possible de stocker les valises. La piscine est agréable. La chambre est spacieuse mais le lit inconfortable (ressorts) nous avons mal dormi Nous n’avons pas tester le petit déjeuner.

Great little spot

We had a lovely stay in an apartment. It had everything to be self catering. The bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, with lots of space. The outdoor area was really lovely too, with a bbq area with seating. The pool was a great way to cool down. The only thing to be aware of is there is a seperate charge to use the tennis court, which isn't mentioned on the website, and we weren't told about until after we played. However I believe its not run by the hotel people. Would stay again.

Being low season, the reception was vacant, one had to get to another hotel to register. I had an ant invasion in my room, mosquitoes buzzing at night and window which could not shut properly.

Change the sofa and it will be perfect

The apartment is very nice ,i didn't see the 2nd rental we had for a single room but was told it was very good . The location is great and the facilities also ,nice garden and an excellent barbecue area. What i absolutely disliked was the Couch bed ,advertised as for 2 persons but its not ,its a very small couch and even fo one person its impossible to sleep on it ,the mattress is absolutely not.for sleeping even if you open it and try to use it on the floor . Actually the couch is not comfortable even to.be sitted and watch tv ... Very bad choice and for me the only really bad thing in the apartment...But as we were 2 and one was sleeping on the supposedly 2 Person Couch/bed this issue became very important when evaluating our stay...

This is going to be an honest review. What a disappointment, a complete misrepresent of what was described on the site. There was no facilities for washing clothes. There isn’t a restaurant and the certainly not any Spa! I booked this hotel/apartment for 15 nights based on what was listed on the hotel page. Don’t get me wrong we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly but it was completely let down by its facilities. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of hot and cold food and well worth the price. our room was full of ants even in the bed but it was dealt with very quickly by given the room a good clean. The room itself was ok. The bathroom door, the paint had pilled away, the old hairdryer was still attached to the wall & had wires exposed, the drying line run from outside of the shower to the towel rail which was old and dirty and need replacing. There was no restaurant, once breakfast was finished you couldn’t even get a drink or ice cream until after 2pm - the drinks that were on offer were very limited, coke, sparkling water with lemon or water & on one day there was only a water the same for the ice cream, only 3 choice. You could have a toasted sandwich at lunch but choices were limited and only after 2pm. The pool and bbq needed a lot of work.The bbq had a giant hole in the base so the coals fell through, no Umbrellas for shade & the beds where old and tatty, tiles missing and no life saves rings.The outside shower was dirty.
