"The hotel pool, the food, the gym and all the staff were amazing! Good free parking. Beautiful views. Only downfall was the smell. It was terrible. If you’re sensitive to air fresheners this place won’t work for u. Moth balls and febreeze everywhere."

"Las habitaciones no corresponden con la foto que muestran.Sitio muy descuidado y viejo, tanto que al llegar pensábamos que nos habíamos equivocado de lugar, ya que parecia que estaba abandonado. Cucarachas en las escaleras de la entrada .Lavabo con un olor horrible a cloaca, insoportable.La limpieza brilla por su ausencia.Un sitio que no se lo recomendaría a nadie!!!!Estan en la élite, pero sin duda en la élite de los hoteles más cochambrosos de la historia."

"+ Spacious room, nice swimming pool, charming rustic-style villa, good location between Lisbon and Sintra, very friendly manager.
- no air conditioning, for unit no. 1 you have to keep one of the windows blinds always closed, because on the adjacent balcony there is access from the common kitchen, which is for 9 rooms."

"This place was great. It was spacious for our family. We had a few hiccups, getting the door unlocked and with the power, but the guest was super responsive and helpful with this. We have no complaints and thought the location was great. It was the perfect spot between the hustle and bustle of the city and Sintra."

"Said apartment was on second floor but many flights of steps to the 'block', then a spiral staircase. Being nearly 80 and with a hospital appointment, very difficult. As near hospital with heart & cancer specialisms, this should be made clear."

"荷物を運ぶ為、エレベーターがあるのを前提に探し、エレベーター自体は一応あった。しかしせっかくエレベーターがあるのに、エレベーターまだ1階分くらいの階段があった。それが非常に大変だった事とエレベーター自体が非常に狭く、何度も往復を強いられた。
そこら辺の細かい情報がなかった事と、ベランダのイス等が古く汚かった為，せっかくのベランダを使わなかった。
部屋も少し汚かったので全体的にもっと綺麗にしてくれていれば、星5だったのだが、残念だった。"

"Check in was difficult in that I needed physical entry cards not the digital one and this proved much more complicated than it should have been. They did not as per the website send a code to get such keys. Had to chase several times to find out how to get them
Apart from that lovely flat, well equipped, clean. Very well located. Would have been 5* with smoother check in"
