Gentleman behind the desk was very rude & when I tried to get his name to complain, he took his name tag off. I guess they only treat americans like this. "I stayed with family. I loved the breakfast - Most definitely 10/10. It was very complete and everything was delicious. I also used the spa, which was exactly what I needed after a day of walking. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from beautiful Rapperswil."

"It is close to the airport. The Rumlang train station is just a block away. For food options, there is a McDonalds and a Subway at a walking distance from the hotel. It worked well for my purpose."

"Well appointed spacious room. Large full length closets, Comfortable beds. Outside of the city center, however easy to take the tram into town. Purchased an all day pass from the hotel."

"The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again."
