"Seems renovations/expansion in process. From outside and the street, seems disappointing but inside the room is fantastic. All new, clean and all amenities and above are provided. Some dishes and cutlery. Just few minutes walk to the Palace and Town hall. Definitely recommend it."

"This was our second stay at Barcelo in Warsaw. The hotel is new, clean, and modern. It’s perfectly situated in the Elektrownia complex which is full of bars and restaurants as well as a mall. The hotel has a deck which overlooks the river and is in walking to distance to the Old Town or the City Center. There is also a metro stop nearby. We love this hotel and will stay every time we are in Warsaw."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück gab es kein Buffet, sondern eine vorgegebene Auswahl von Gerichten (z. B. Rührei, Egg Benedict, Bagel mit Frischkäse etc), dazu Brot, Butter und Marmelade, Getränke nach Wunsch. Das Zimmer war allerdings sehr laut, da in der Umgebung viele Kneipen und Lokale sind und auch die Straßen stark befahren waren. Schön: direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Metrostation (M 2), und die Weichsel ist nur 100 m entfernt....

"Laura was amazing. She guided us through WhatsApp, we were lost, then met us in front of the apartment. She gave us detailed instructions for getting into the apartment, which is beautiful. It was very clean, well lit and very tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It is right on the square with an ice skating rink and little shops. We were so well located and comfortably walked to the various sites. Laura again walked us through buying our train tickets to Krakow. She...

"Breakfast was very basic, lift kept breaking down and we were on yhe 5th floor and my husband is disabled. We were relocated to the 1st floor but downgraded with no air con, no wardrobe and a shoebox of a room. Still waiting for a partial refund for the downgrading. Avoid at all costs"

The bed and pillows as so comfy I could stayed there instead of exploring the city. **one thing of note- the toilet was swuished between the shower and sink. I was leaning under the sink a bit and was touching it at all times. If you are larger just be aware. "
