"The gym really disappointed me. Apparently, the architect who designed this hotel forgot to include a gym in the plan. Later, he must have thought, “Oops, there’s no space left—okay, let’s turn one of the garage spots into a gym.” The gym is located on the garage level. It’s very small and depressing."

"Room was clean and we found the lady on reception very helpful. Secure parking in its underground garage. We both enjoyed the Breakfast. Although it was on the other side of side of the river to the Old Town we enjoyed walking but there was trams that ran very near by if you didn’t want to walk. There was also a Metro which was also near by. We enjoyed walking but our stay and will try to book this hotel when we go again."

"This property was amazing, it had the charm of an old property in Warsaw with the modern features that made the stay easy. The property host was there to answer questions whenever we needed. The location was perfect, allowing us to visit old town while staying in the center of everything. Being in the center of everything does mean it can get loud at night when everyone is out in the square. It didn’t bother us at all but just a heads up if that’s gonna make your trip bad. "The hotel is in the Scandi style making it minimalist, chique, warm and homely. The staff are friendly, speak excellent English and are very welcoming. Puro Hotel Stare Miastro is very clean but that is no surprise as all of Warsaw and the rest of Poland is immaculate. The hotel has 'Mund' restaurant on its ground floor and breakfast is offered a la carte (off the menu) with supplementary breads, spreads and pastries. The menu is varied and having it cooked for you adds a further layer of luxury...

"Beautiful suite located right in the heart of old town. The suite is spacious with high ceilings and well equipped. Check in and out was very easy. Since its location the old town, cars are not allowed so you must be able to carry your baggage through the cobble stone streets and up the stairs to the suite. This is the only downside to staying in old town. "
