"Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a family emergency and the hotel was kind enough to extend our check out time by an extra hour so we wouldn’t have to rush and stress to check out on time. "Room was exactly as pictured, most amazing view of Nubble Light with breathtaking Sunrise!!! Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful but the bed was old and horrible will have to buy a mattress topper for next time, and those chairs aren't comfortable either but the view is fantastic!!!"

"The staff were super friendly! Breakfast was fresh fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt, granola, juice, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Very good! The property is in the best location! Walkable to dining, shopping, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and the beach. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and looking forward to our next stay!"
