"We decided to treat ourselves for 1 night and it was just what we were looking for. Great experience sleeping right in front of Fuji, in a super well equipped and maintained “tent”. Dinner was a wonderful experience as well, prepared by the staff and cooked to finish by us right next to the tent. My only comment is to note that the private bath is only for 1h, but the shared bath was very close to the tent and very clean and convenient."

Spacious room with plenty of storage for luggage, large closet, sofa and chair. Onsen and breakfast buffet are fantastic! Staff is very helpful and kind. Hourly Shuttle service to/from Kawaguchiko Station was very useful, 10 min away. Nabeya Japanese restaurant was delicious and only 3 min walk away."

"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."
