"I was extremely disappointed. I paid to stay for an additional few hours as my flight is late in the day. While I was out housekeeping bagged my bags. They didn’t see the notes and additional payment (according to them), even though I verified it before I left for the day."

"Everything was good except for the traffic noise. I would like to be placed in a different area as I am a very light sleeper."

"Beautiful hotel very close to the beach. Staff was so kind and helpful! Only downsides were the pool isn't heated (it was a chilly day and we wanted to swim but without heating the pool was super cold) and no coffee machine in room (but there was freshly brewed coffee in the lobby). Had a wonderful stay and would def stay again!"

"Very clean and comfy. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. I only wish people checking in at night would be a little more considerate of people that are already sleeping. Not the hotels fault. "
