I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "It was a present stay, nice hotel, large room, nice garden. However, last year we stayed in Japanese room in Art Hotel (the same building) it was much newer. This suisui room is very nice but bathroom a bit damp and scary for kids. "
