Breakfast was great with such a wide variety of items. Room was clean. However the pool hours are a bit inconvenient. The pool closes at 7pm and you need to pay to get in after that. Therefore, we got to use the pool once for about 15 minutes and we stayed 4 nights. Honestly, might as well have stayed at a hotel with no pool.

It was, overall, a positive experience - we had one hiccup. Our flight from Tokyo to Naha was cancelled due to a typhoon and we messaged the property asking them to hold our room. We also tried to call several times but the phone went unanswered. When we arrived, they had cancelled our reservation (despite the fact that is was pre-paid). The front desk attendant was able to find us a room but gently scolded us for not trying harder to get in touch. It was pretty galling considering the phone was ringing (and it was the Expedia agent trying to get in touch with them - I know this because I was on a chat with them), but other than that, we had a great time and would stay there again. The POOL is to die for and the property/rooms are clean. All the other staff were fantastic! Highly recommend!

Room had a really musty/moldy smell to it. We tried our best to spend most of our time outside of the hotel room due to this - I understand it may be due to the high tropical humidity and warm temperatures, which allows mildew to thrive but it was really bad. Maybe a dehumidifier would help?

I really love this hotel. All the amenities are great. Breakfast is really good Japanese style and they also had other countries food there as well really good. Everything was fresh. The room was clean. I didn’t ask for any room service since I was only there for a few days so I can’t tell you about that but other than that when I came in the room was fresh. The pool was really nice. I went down my last day and the bar was good. The staff are really friendly.

This hotel was in a great location! Especially if you have no car. Very close to the train station and wharf for the ferries. The hotel rooms are small but to be expected with visiting Japan. However the bed was not very comfortable! It was very firm and the pillows were flat. I don’t understand the guest charge to use at night and unfortunately I think that’s a downfall. It should be at no cost. The staff were very friendly!

The rooms are extremely small—there’s barely enough space for your luggage, let alone to move around comfortably. We arrived excited to enjoy the pool with our family, only to find out that after 7:00 p.m. it’s adults-only. If you want to swim during that time, it’s an extra ¥1,000 per person, and all you get is a complimentary non-alcoholic drink. The pool is advertised as heated, but it definitely didn’t feel heated. The hot tub, on the other hand, was unbearably hot. Be prepared for mosquitoes—they were everywhere and constantly biting us. Parking is another added expense. You have to pay at a parking payment machine, which is just one more unexpected fee. Overall, there were too many extra charges and disappointments. I’d recommend staying at Aqua Sense instead.

Nice hotel about a 15 min walk from the city center. Restaurant onsite offers an extensive buffet breakfast. Rooftop pool and small bar offers drinks and casual dining. They hold luggage if you arrive before check in and also for checkout. Club lounge rooms have access to wine, beer and non alcoholic beverages along with snacks. A nice setting to unwind.

Booked my stay with 4 children & myself. This place is conveniently located. The property amenities catered to all. Would definitely recommend this property to others and plan to stay again in the future There is parking available for a fee, but if you have a large vehicle, you will need to park at aid parking. There are plenty around and it’s cheaper than the hotel parking
