The beach is in front of the hotel, and the hotel has the marine activity counter, which we found it was so convenient. Also the hotel was running a small summer fair on the ground floor, and my 7 years old enjoyed it. We would like to come back to this hotel again.

Stay was nice. Beach private was beautiful. Could have more adult events like games, music, bar scenery atmosphere, sunset fires with music, etc. Rooms were very nice. Bed was little hard. View from balcony was amazing.

A nice and cozy hotel by the beach

A very nice hotel right by the private beach. Breakfast good with sufficient varieties, clean and tasteful. Not far from Nago city if you have a car, thus convenient to get good food for dinner. Staff nice and helpful. Good stay for holidays.

The view from the room is superb. The room is very comfortable, you can listen and watch the sea when inside the room. This hotel has its own beach, suggest spending some time on walking. All the staff are very nice, they are helpful when handling special requests. We had a great time during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Property wasn't very friendly for checking in early. Main attraction was the on site beach but you can't use tent. Staff said we can use tent outside of the marked area only to tell us we cant swim there 15 later but we can clearly see 2 other couples that required a further walk and he didn't other telling them the same thing. Felt like we were getting north America service in Japan...

I booked the hotel hoping we can do water activities on the beach . But the Marin center said it was booked out by school tours . However I never saw anyone doing any water activities during my stay . I guess the waves were too big . There was a red flag and no swimming sign there . I guess it is not the hotels fault for not permitting swimming . But it was disappointing. For dinner there was only one restaurant in the hotel you can go to . Otherwise you have to walk in darkness to other restaurants outside . I guess if you have a car , it will be easier The hotel itself is bit old , not modern and new . But the ocean view was nice .

Their website, as well as printed literature in their rooms explicitly states that their private beach, beach activities, and their pool would be open through October 31st. We arrived at the hotel on October 22nd to be told that we could not swim at their private beach, no beach activities were available, and the pool was empty and being used for storage. All despite it being 85 degrees outside with calm and beautiful waters. Upon request, they refused any sort of refund, all while admitting they sold me a room under fraudulent pretenses. The funny thing is, there was a gigantic group of a couple hundred high school aged kids staying at the hotel who were permitted to swim at the beach, and had exclusive access to beach activities. I would expect something like this in other countries I have visited, but not Japan. Disgraceful.

Fantastic customer service from the hotel reservations team. Our flight was delayed for a day and the hotel was so accommodating to waive the cancellation charges for the 1st night. I would highly recommend this hotel just for this point.
