チェックインが遅くなるので電話したところ対応はとてもよかった。立地もいいし、洗濯洗剤や、お皿やコップも置いてあり、コンドミニアムホテルとしてはとてもよいと思いました。ただ、部屋は綺麗だったのに、タオルに大量の髪の毛が付着していたり、シャワーカーテンがかびてたり、禁煙ルームのはずがベランダに大量に吸い殻があったり、ちょっと神経質な人には耐えられない部分がありました。神経質な人はコンドミニアムホテル使わない方がいいんだろうけど。コンドミニアムホテルは初めての利用なので比較が難しいけど安いホテルの方がいい、という結論になりこの評価とさせていただきました。

部屋の清掃には基本入ってくれませんが自分の使い方次第なんで気にならないです。掃除機もあり、何より洗濯機＋乾燥機があるので使ったタオルとかも洗えますし、タオル交換も不要です。　場所もまぁまぁ良い場所にありますのでリピートしたいと思います。 目の前にローソンがあるのもポイント高いです。

夜11時半ごろにシャワーを出したところ水しか出ませんでした。人が駐在していない施設なので 予約センターにメールしたところ、ガスメーターの再起動ボタンを押してみてとの返信が直ちにあり、無事に復旧しました。チェックインしたらすぐにチェックすべきだと思いました。

コンビニが近くにあり、幹線道路から少し離れた静かな所で便利です。 今回はダブルとツインの２部屋予約しました。 ダブルルームは消毒の塩素臭が酷かったし、乾燥機の中に足ふきマットとタオルが残っていた。足ふきマットがなかった。洗濯機は槽の中にあるゴミ取り所を定期的に掃除をして欲しいです。コンセントが少ないです。 ツインルームはダブルルームと一緒で洗濯槽のゴミ取り所を定期的に清掃をした方が良いと思います。 乾燥機の上に前使用した人の衣類の忘れ物が放置されていた。 要望は室内灯のリモコンがあれば嬉しいです。 それ以外は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。次回も利用したいです。

房間很乾淨舒適、有問題用mail回覆也很快。房內有吸塵器可以自己打掃，也有洗衣機跟烘衣機跟廚房，如同日租套房，機能很好，周邊也很方便。為了方便和省錢，我們會考慮再次入住。但需要注意的事情是，房間沒有浴缸、我們實際入住的房間比照片提供的要小。我們住八天是不提供任何整理和補備品的，需要備品要自助，浴巾只有一人兩份，我們有自己洗。另外也不能提供一條以上的棉被。第一天入住時發現大門旁的樓梯門打開，外人可以隨意進出，安全上有點疑慮。床的彈簧會一直發出聲響，但我們很好睡沒影響，房間隔音算很好。室內沒有掛外套的空間
