"Honestly, I don't know if this is bad or good but it hasn't changed in 20 years. The building is dated, but clean and up-kept. So a solid place so long as you are not expecting a new hotel. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean."

"BEWARE OF BEDBUGS! This place is a nightmare, and I would hesitate to recommend it to my worst enemy. We stayed on the 3rd floor and woke up with over 10 bedbug bites. Per person. The beds and rooms are filthy so although this was extremely disappointing, I can’t say it was shocking. The hotel has gone back and forth about whether they want to be held accountable or not. At first they responded to our complaints by apologizing, assuring us that there would be a third-party brought in to inspect...

"The property is a bit outdated, a carpet clean would do wonders!!!. The staff are wonderful and helpful. Our bed was comfortable, we were happy to have a bathtub also. Fridge and microwave were a bonus. TV worked great. Location worked good for us, half way between the airport and a venue we were going to. Mcdonalds, tims and A&W down the street. No complaints!! Great price."

"After staying there a second time they decided to fraud me $88.80 hoping I wouldn't notice on my credit card. They retured the $100.00 hold on my credit card. Right after they charged me $88.80 so I called them to inform them of their mistake. I was told to contact the manager but they refused to give me a phone number saying the manager was not on site but gave me an email that was completely bogus. Do not trust the low price it is a scam to charge later and hope the customer does not notice....
