Küche und Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine 8 Stufige Innentreppe erreichbar. Fenster sind klein zur Strasse bzw Innenhof, sodass wenig Tageslicht und Ventilation erfolgt. "Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem, und die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Besonders schätzte ich die Möglichkeit, das Auto im Innenhof zu parken.
