"Condo was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Really nice having a full kitchen, too. Staff was accommodating when we decided to add an extra night to our vacation. Great place to stay if you’re going to a concert at Tanglewood."

"We were in town for a show at Tanglewood in Lenox. Concert had been rescheduled with little notice; so it put us in a tight spot with no time to add time to being in the Berkshires. "Arrived at property around 9:00 PM,
office door open, no one at front desk.
Numerous attempts to contact front desk by calling, received crazy recording that said "unable to make outgoing calls" what does that mean???? Numerous attempts to contact property, same results. Attempting to get (2) night prepayment back. Awaiting response/determination. Had to book other accommodations. Terrible experience."
