"We love this hotel, we come twice a year for Ren Fair. The staff is so kind and helpful. They really make it a good experience. Our rooms are clean! Only complaint was the AC unit squeaked and was a bit annoying. "

"We booked a room over the weekend. Somehow the booking was scheduled wrong by Expedia and the hotel was SO accommodating. They realized the mistake was not ours and were MORE than willing to work with us and they even gave us a very decent discount. The morning/day time manager at the Fairfield Inn in Fairburn, Georgia on May 3rd, was outstanding in how she handled our situation. Thank you for taking care of us!"

"The breakfast was fresh everybday and evrrything was kept very clean. The staff for the kitchen and the room cleaning were outstanding and so kind. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was always as well. It was a nice , quiet atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again."

"Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! "

"The outside was very pretty but OMG the inside was terrible. It seemed more like a hourly use hotel. We had booked a king room but when we arrived we were given a queen bed. Floor was sticky, bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. The cabinets in the room were very old and scratched up. There was a huge heart shaped tub in the bedroom, not clean looking. It was unreal how bad it was but we were so tired and had to get up very early for a flight and decided to suck it up. We left to...

"I have never been so disappointed. I also have never left a hotel and not stayed after paying. My husband parked I went in got room (lobby looked nice) she gave us *** we went upstairs card didn't work (thankfully) because the room was occupied already! We were irritated (11pm) my husband went back down to get it changed they gave us *** we walked in I stopped because I saw trash all over floor. He walked in the bed was stripped piss stains all over mattress. By this time he was hot!!...
