"The second floor hallway & our room smelled moldy. There was no bottles of drinking water in our room. We had to go to the fitness center to get filtered water or go to a supermarket. The breakfast was not fully stocked. We arrived for breakfast before 9 am there were no sausage or biscuits left. When we approached the woman working in the kitchen/dining area she said there was no more left & there wouldn’t be any more available for that day. They ran out of bagels, condiments & we had to ask...

The housekeeping head, Liz, went out of her way to retrieve my father's outfit and wallet when we left it after checkout. She promptly called me and left it with the reception when she found it. "I stayed in this hotel multiple times. Although I knew it was an older hotel, built wise, this time I was a bit frustrated. Elevator was not working properly, it took 7-10 minutes for it to come down, then it took me to level 14 and stopped. I took the stairs down to my room. Later the same thing happened so I used stairs for the rest of my stay.
In the morning I wanted to take a warm shower, water temperature was extremely cold no matter how long I tried to wait.
Staff is great, it’s just sad...

"Although it was confusing finding valet and hotel entrance, absolutely wonderful when we stepped in. From Sennesee to the bartender. Wonderful professional hotel staff. "Normally I have nothing bad to say about this property. However, this time my toilet wasn’t working properly. I went to the front desk and reported. A mechanic/plumber came to fix ur. He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!"
