"Our room was very clean and nice . It was on the first floor above the lobby /toilets which has piped music from 7.30am until late into the evening which could be heard all day in our room. It was also positioned in the alley side of the building next to the pub which is also noisy . So maybe not the hotel to stay in if you’re hoping for a quiet get away . "

"The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. "We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. "Really nice stay here, the pod was clean, modern, comfortable, and warm with parking right beside the pod. Would definitely stay here again with the kids as was fun. "

"The hotel was ideally located for visiting a relative in the nearby hospital. The ground floor room was large, with a large comfortable bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge, hotplate and microwave. I enjoyed swimming pool and steam room and there was also a sauna and spa facilities. There was a garden and an outdoor seating area. As we were only staying over between hospital visits, we did not use the restaurant."

"Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. "
