"Exceeded our expectations. We arrived and the staff was very friendly and even accommodated an early to go breakfast for our early flight. The rooms were so clean, and modern but cozy. I’d say this was the best stay of them all in our trip in Iceland. We watched the sunset over the lighthouse from the window in our room :)"

"The staff were fantastic, checking in at two am and being greeted enthusiastically. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was quite good and starting at four am is a bonus for anyone leaving early. I would definitely recommend this hotel/hostel. "

"The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers). We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids. You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip....

"Just about everything in Iceland is expensive, including the hotels. Our room was very small and bathroom even smaller. It was clean, but you could tell it needed some updating, like the wallpaper of a rock wall.. Breakfast buffet was good and it is very close to the airport."

"Close to airport. Shared kitchen and lounge area nice. Basic room with comfy bed. My room had a terrible smell - like cat pee. I kept waking up because of it. The room was warm and the window barely opens and does so into a hallway. No outside air. It could be loud so bring earplugs. Good options to be close to airport but I wouldn’t stay longer than that. "Bed was comfortable, the room including the toilet and showers are clean. Make sure to bring eye mask during spring and summer and fall as the room doesn’t have blackout curtains. The room also tends to be on the hotter side. It’s a good value for a quick overnight stay and right outside the airport. The check-in and check-out was seamless."

"It was not operating and the booking was done and Expedia only agreed to pay back the booking fee of the hotel . I was standing in the cold wind at 12 OC midnight . The hotel was dark , no person working . I had to book an expensive taxi go to the town in the midnight and book an new hotel ( and all online booking system did not allow the booking any hotel after midnight on the same day) Total taxi and new hotel costs me 450 euro dollor on top of my 120 euro dollar of initial booking due to...
