"The woman at the front desk was lovely. The communication between hotel re: check in, and airport transport was terrible. I was VERY stressed out for 24+ hours. I envisioned us standing in the rain unable to get in. Yes I texted, called, emailed. I wouldn't stay at Hotel Jazz again though the room was fine."

"Staff was lovely, when they had the time but there are only 2 at front desk so if there is a large group it is a long wait to ask questions.
