"Accommodations were excellent with a perfect location! The apartment was clean, well stocked (salt, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.), high end finishes, very comfortable bed and pull out couch, and quality toiletries. We did not get an e-mail ahead of time for check-in but our host was there upon arrival and was very communicative through messaging. Thank you for a perfect stay!"

"It was not operating and the booking was done and Expedia only agreed to pay back the booking fee of the hotel . I was standing in the cold wind at 12 OC midnight . The hotel was dark , no person working . I had to book an expensive taxi go to the town in the midnight and book an new hotel ( and all online booking system did not allow the booking any hotel after midnight on the same day) Total taxi and new hotel costs me 450 euro dollor on top of my 120 euro dollar of initial booking due to...

"The woman who greeted us on 30.4.26 was fabulous and warm, made for an easy check in and had great recommendations for food. The beds were comfortable, yet the walls are thin so heard some noises from neighboring rooms. Otherwise, great stay!"

There isn't someone on site to welcome guests, and I arrived with no communication from the hotel staff regarding how to get into the building. "Kamer was schoon, personeel aardig, ontbijt was lekker (wel prijzig, maar dat is heel IJsland). Bij het inchecken kan je je kenteken opgeven waardoor parkeren gratis is. Echter vonden wij met zn 3en de kamer erg warm 's nachts en er kon alleen maar een klein raampje open."
