"Good breakfast. Bed firm but comfy. Strong shower and nice toiletries, although shampoo and conditioner smelled odd. Main issue was room readiness and amenities - we were told our room was not ready on arrival and would have to be cleaned, but then it was magically ready in five minutes. Room looked clean but there was no blackout curtain, with a room facing the parking lot. So we had to go out and buy sleep masks to get a good night’s sleep. Other than issue with check in, staff was nice....

"The property was very clean, staff very friendly and great free breakfast. Room was nice, however, even though we made our reservation 2 months in advance we got one of the worst room locations possible-elevator was literally at our door, ice machine was next to us, and stairwell next to that. VERY noisy. Walls and floors are VERY thin. Heard someone above us using the toilet. Heard someone else going in and out of their closet with a squeaky door about 6 times at 730am. The first 2 nights were...

"No hot in bathroom sink, stayed 5 nights and got maid service once. The tv cable service has 4 channels to watch. Continual breakfast consists of cold cereal and over ripe fruit.. if you like the motel 6 experience this is for you. I don't understand why Hilton would want their name connected to this property. Can recommend this property to anyone."

"Overall good staff! Some of the front desk staff could not answer questions about hotel amenities and local services. The weekday breakfast staff Wednesday-Sunday was amazing she was knowledgeable and was able to share what to do with us around the area and downtown!!! Information about the downtown shuttle wasn’t shared with us, we found out when it showed up for others! It was an amazing service that should be shared with all guests!! We used it everyday once we knew about it!!!"

"Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff was unfamiliar with “new” computer system, so took very, very long to get checked in. Was given handicap accessible room, (not requested) where bathroom fixtures were not secure in the wall, and curtains not secure on tracks. "

"Bugs in room specifically in bed comforter. Pool under maintenance, breakfast no meat options non pork eater here. Staff tried to accommodate but mentioned the third party reservation so it wasn’t nothing they could do. I know to go directly through the hotel paying top dollar for mediocre is insane "

"After checking in at 11:00 pm after a long day of driving all we wanted was a little television and a comfy bed. The tv in our room did not work. After talking to the front desk in the morning we were informed that a whole section of the hotel was with out tv. First question to them was why were we not informed at check in (they already knew),or put in a different section of the hotel were our traveling companions room was. When asked for some sort of compensation they said they couldn't do...

"Great location. So many attractions and restaurants nearby. The room was huge! It was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy. We also appreciated the free breakfast. Definitely would stay here again."
