"I booked a room with 2 queen beds, and when we checked in, we were told they switched our room for a king bed because they had a soccer group in town, I did not like it as I specifically booked for two queen beds, but took it anyway as we were in a bind. I think I should be compensated for the switch, which was done without my knowledge. I would not recommend your hotel to anyone. Thank You "

"Breakfast was very minimal. Beds are very firm. Okay for my husband but a little too firm for my liking. Air conditioning was incredibly loud. Couldnt plug the tub for a bath. Monica was awesome. Friendly kbowledgeable and helpful. Location was close to all our venues. Food establishments were close and the lake walk was right across the street. Price was very good. "

"No vending machines in every floor like the signs state or ice machines. Only ice machine or vending machine are in the first floor. They need to fix their signs. Other than that the place is pretty good!"
