"The manager was extremely helpful when our room was not what I booked through Hotels.com. She upgraded us to a suite. The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable. The elevator was a little iffy. Parking was easy. I love the pool! Our only complaint is the unsupervised teens in the pool. They thought it was ok to blast their music over the other music and give dirty looks, while Mom smoked a bowl. It was uncomfortable when we had to complain to the front desk. We will be back."
