"If I could give a hotel negative stars I would, I am someone who does not always leave reviews, except for just the stars. But this hotel ruined ever going back there. When I first got in to start the process, I was given the wrong room that another couple was already in. Then was given a double bed room, after the site said there was none left. "Front desk guy seemed pretty in different about helping us prepare to leave for a cruise. Housekeeping closed breakfast early, shuttle service we paid round trip for was extremely rude when trying to use the return ticket. Would not recommend staying, we don’t plan on staying again."

"This was just a place to lay my head. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. I didn't utilize the bar or have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Contrary to the sign in the bathroom, housecleaning came every day instead of every other day. A couple of little glitches, I couldn't make long distance calls with the phone in the room, and I had to become a Hilton Honors member to get wi-fi activated, but those weren't big deals for me. "If I have to find something to find negative, the ONLY thing that comes to mind ( and this is really thinking hard on it) is when you are in the pool you can see under the fence where you keep items. It was very messy. Maybe put flower pots or something to block it. That's all I have. I can honestly say this place was 5⭐️ The room clean, staff helpful b and kind nice. Take a bow."

"First they say they have a airport shuttle.They do have airport shuttle but it's 3rd party and service 4 more hotels.Thats good for there business but the shuttle only pick you up from the airport and drop you back to the airport.unlike several hotels in the area that there shuttles will take you to dinner,walmart,etc,etc.we spent 15 dollars to go 1.5 miles with Uber for dinner,which was at the international Plaza.It took 40 mins for the shuttle to get to us at the airport when we landed which...

"Suite was a great size, plenty of room to spread out and work, rest, and/or sleep. The couch in room was stained, The garbage cans in the hallways were overflowing. The TV kept losing signal with the satellite dish. Pool and spa were very nice. Staff was outstanding!!"
