"The hotel is nice, newly renovated. It’s a bit difficult to find, especially at night. My biggest complaint is that there was never anyone at the front desk. I arrived at 9 PM and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The next morning, when I want to check out, no one was there. When they showed up, they were helpful and nice, but lack of staffing at the desk is problematic."

"Large clean rooms but the moment you enter the property has a faint smell that I cant my finger on it. Nice facility overall. Staff nice to accomodate you. The evening manager promptly gave me ice while overhearing my conversation from front person. Taquan (I am sure I spelled that wrong) the next morning helped us to rechecking for extended stay. Wish there was a coffee machine, even if paid for a better coffee :-)"

"For a somewhat modestly priced hotel, this one is a winner. Modern, stylish, immaculate. My room was in perfect shape in all regards, and filled with thoughtful touches in the bathroom. A nice breakfast is included, and that only adds to the ease of things. They even have parking spaces with roofing overhead. Altogether, a most delightful hotel that I heartily recommend."

"I had a terrible stay. I booked the room so I could rest for the night before having to drive the 2+ hour trip home. The people at the desk for check in were very nice. I went to the elevator to go to my room and was greeted with a terrible sewer order. Once in my room I noticed the bathroom was not clean. Hair in the tub and feces splash under the toilet rim was not clean. I ordered room service which came quickly and was good. I wanted to go to bed early and had lights out at 9 pm. The hotel...

"I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. They showed little understanding or willingness to help when concerns were raised. Instead of being welcoming and professional, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unvalued as guests. Customer service is an important part of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this property fell far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here based on the poor...

"The room ventilation system was noisy and inefficient. During my stay, there was only a continental breakfast, and it was awful. There was supposed to be 24 hour coffee in the lobby, but it was unavailable when I had to leave very early for an appointment."
