"A lovely little hotel a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the theatre and restaurants. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. "Very basic hotel but the room was clean and located in a good area within 10 minutes of Fratton station and close to fast food restaurants and supermarkets Tesco, Aldi and Lidl. The breakfast was a small selection, more fresh fruits would have been nice but what they did have was good. Check in and check out was quick and efficient."

"We had 2 nights stay at the Royal Swan. We had a great welcome at check in and the room was spacious with a good bathroom. It wad very hot while we were there and we would have been grateful for aircon or even a fan. However it was really good value for money."
