The rooms we opted for were the double with and without window, which were larger than most in Hanoi of the same categories. "This is not a new building. Almost nothing in the Old Quarter is - that's it's charm. The property has challenges due to age, but the staff managed any issues quickly and effectively. They were always helpful and informative, and arranged better prices for bookings than we could elsewhere. Overall - highly recommended."
