"I have no idea how this hotel got such strong reviews, it is a horrible hotel and I do not recommend it to anyone! The hotel stinks of smoke, even our non smoking room smelled terrible. The condition of the hotel is gross. The walls were clearly touched up with a color that didn’t match the original color, the walls clearly look stained by smoke. The door knob is loose. The bathroom was gross. The bedding was gross. We did not even stay the night. After getting a look at the room and instantly getting a headache from the horrible smoke smell, we left and booked elsewhere. Do not stay here. "

"The bathroom had an Oder. There were burns in the carpet from the iron. The bedding had stains in them. "

"Our room on the fifth floor was quite clean, the hotel had GREAT amenities and dining was extremely easy for breakfast and supper. The bar is also top notch because my wife's Ild Fashion was great with muddled marachino cherries. Parking was free and easy to get in and out. We PLAN to stay there again in June."

"Nice hotel. In very cute area. Booked because of the cool pool area/ hot tub Upon arrival I was told they were just checking levels in the pool so it was temporarily closed . Waited about an hour and heard other guest saying it wasn't opening again for the rest of the day. Went to front desk and was told it was true. Very disappointed as that's why we booked there. So make sure you confirm details about pool before booking."

"Clean rooms. Staff not friendly, act like you are a bother. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary."

"Dinner was amazing. Smash potatoes were amazing. Wife loved the salmon. River view is what we needed. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only complaint I have is as nice as the room we had, the connection room the amount of noise and sounds you get from the neighbor was ALOT. More than expected for the price. Other than that. Wonderful stay. "
