"Hotel had a moldy and musky odor. The room I stayed in had roaches and mold. The lighting in the room was very dim. I did not see the mold until I used the flashlight on my cellphone. I woke up next morning sick from breathing in the mold. I requested a refund from the live person on the kiosk. They said I need to go through Expedia. I have been trying to get in contact with Expedia. Expedia has been ghosting me. Poor customer service with Expedia. I am also trying to get my security deposit...

"They cancelled the reservation and would not tell me why. I wrote to the Hotel asking why they cancelled and they directed me to call them. When I DID call the number they gave me, to ask why they cancelled, a man demeaned and belittled my concern and told me to take it up with the third party company I booked with to tell me why the HOTEL itself cancelled my reservation. The coffee shop has the right amenities to eat/breakfast/lunch/snacks… Even cocktails and the best coffees in town they serve too. "The room I had was clean and adequately furnished but the AC unit below the window was so loud at even the lowest fan setting that I had trouble falling and staying asleep. The selections in the breakfast room were minimal and the scrambled eggs I had on the first day were rubbery and tasteless. The coffee was also bland and tasteless. A tray of mini-bagels sat out uncovered and they were hard and stale. It should be stated more clearly on the Expedia site that on-site parking at $12 per...
