"The way they have this listed is like you ate getting the house but actually they put you in a cottage, which was nice and clean just a little confusing otherwise everything was great."

"The property is a very nice clean very well staffed very polite. We had no issues. The pool is great walking distance to all the bars and they don’t tell you on weekends. You get free complementary breakfast next-door at the restaurant. It’s really a great place to stay."

"This is a brand new hotel! It was clean and a nice, safe place to stay. The balcony off of the room was great to use. Atmosphere at this hotel is relaxed. We really liked the Keurig with Community Coffee and the complimentary snacks and water. We will definitely stay here again."

"I stay often in Pass Christian and this location is perfect, central to Gulfport to Bay St. Louis. 20 mins to airport. Restaurants, bars and beach within steps and downtown near, walkable. Hotel is a little dated, room 203 with 2 dbl beds could use some upgrades, but loved the convenient location, the small patio with chairs overlooked parking area behind building, bed was comfortable and room clean. "This was a quick stop in on our travels to Destin from Southeast Texas. This location was a good beach view hotel with close restaurant options and a nice pool overlooking the beach. Perfect little stop in place. I can't truly leave all "excellent" stars across the board because we stopped in at 7pm and left out by 9am and didn't eat breakfast on site. But check in and out was a breeze, the room was a good size, pool area was clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"I depend on these reviews when I choose hotels or restaurants. For that reason I would want others to know the following. The hotel location is fantastic. This was the second time we stayed there. The rooms however are poorly maintained. The floors were dirty. The towels weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. I killed two roaches and saw two others. Until they get their house keeping in order I would strongly recommend finding cleaner accommodations."

"We stayed two non-consecutive nights. One on our way to our destination and the next on our return trip. On 5/28/26 we stopped on our drive to Florida. We were surprised with the room, it was very clean, quiet, and the A/C worked fine to remove the humidity which during this time was more important than cooling the room. The main building with reception and dining (breakfast) area was also very nice. The grounds are well maintained and the parking lot has a fence. I felt secure taking my dog out...

They always have the Customer first attitude. I stay at the Gulfport I 10 every time I come through Gulfport Mississippi. I highly recommend them."
