Caring and empathetic as I broke my foot while walking around, she arranged getting me, ice a taxi for the hospital and a place to by a fracture boot always in contact. "A great independent accommodation option close to old town (20 min walk) with many other shops and dining places close by. Reception is not manned all the time however hotel is run by a lovely lady who proactively communicates and aims to address any queries asap. The building itself shows signs of age but rooms are kept to a good standard. I'd recommend to couples."

He personally picked us up from a hotel we had previously been staying at, and took us directly to the property transporting our luggage, which is not easy within the walls of the old town.
