"Superfornøyd med oppholdet i Innsbruck. Leiligheten var ren og delikat, og lå i rolige og sentrale omgivelser. Kjøkkenet var godt utstyrt. Parkering foran huset. Buss til sentrum rett utenfor huset. Ca. 20 minutters gange fra sentrumskjernen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!"

Would have given it 5 stars if housekeeping was included but it was an additional €40 during your stay. Service otherwise was excellent with a friendly team at the front desk. "

"First and foremost I want to talk about the staff of this hotel… they are super friendly, professional and sincere. This also includes the bar upstairs… great barman and waiters in the evening. "This hotel definitely has its quirks. The shag carpet is something that we read about in other reviews & is one of the things that made the hotel not feel as clean. Besides that the hotel has a lot of character & is a really convenient location for exploring we city. We walked every where we wanted & needed to! The off site parking was a little confusing to find at first but once we did it was only a 5 min walk to the hotel. The staff was very kind & helpful with restaurant recommendations. "
