"The AC worked great! The bed and pillows not so great. There was trash in the hallway when we got there and the same trash was still there in the morning when we left."

"Bathrooms were dirty in the corners and walls. Room ac was good but halls and lobby were very hot. Pool had a mildew smell. Check out was 11 am but staff tried to enter a little after 8 am even with a do not disturb sign on the door."

"The location was a short walk to the beach and conveniently located. The property is layed out interestingly as it was a carriage house. Parking is in the back not near your unit, however there are 15 minute spots for unloading. We had a king suite with a deck. I may have missed the part that the deck was shared. Could see the ocean from the room though."

"The room is spacious and clean with comfortable pillows. The rooftop bar and restaurant is lovely and a plus. The staff from the reception to the rooftop bar/restaurant were helpful and friendly with great service. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"Parking was easy which is a plus especially in a city like portsmouth. The town is extremely walkable so we didn't have to use the car again until we left. The staff was friendly and attentive. They asked what kind of coffee we wanted and even cleaned our room which included changing the towels. If we come back to portsmouth, I would definitely stay her again"

"It was very basic room and breakfast. The construction surrounding the hotel was blowing dirt everywhere and confused my GPS and sent us through the construction. Recommend you close down and update the hotel. Doors in the halls to maintenance areas were in need of help."

"Loved the breakfast. Common areas were clean and well lit. The room, while comfortable, nut needed housekeeping attention, particularly the bathroom. I was confused by the room cleaning schedule of every other day. Our room was freshened only once in our 7 night stay. Trash was emptied only once. We liked the hotel and will return."

"This was a dream Hotel to stay at! Everything was impeccable! The bed was nice and firm yet comfortable and the pool was wonderful! I wish the jacuzzi was a tad More hot but other than that everything was great!"
