"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."

"This is unbelievable because there wasn’t any bottled water available to buy. The entire shelf was empty and nobody bothered to refill the water stand. Did not expect that I did not feel that that I need to buy water from outside before checking into the hotel. I was surprised and shocked that I had to drink fountain water and smells really bad old rusty smell. Had a bad experience staying at the hotel."

"The property was amazing. We came for two mariners games and got to and from the stadium with Uber super fast. The hotel is brand new and so beautiful and quiet. We loved our stay and will stay again. Super close to lake union park and nice view of the space needle. The only weird thing is you can’t go outside on the balcony it seemed locked. Room was super spacious and had amazing amenities. The breakfast like everyone said is amazing."
