"The entire stay was terrible! Gave us keys to someone else room. Sheets had stains and requested manager come to our room. He proceeded to give many excuses including " we rent to the homeless in the off season and they trash the place". They did change the sheets but he "assured us" the stained sheets were clean!"

"2/5 Stars I stayed here for two nights with my son. From the moment we walked in, the hallways had a strong smell of mildew mixed with cigarette smoke, which wasn’t a great first impression. Our first room was in very poor condition, and the toilet was broken. To the hotel’s credit, the front desk had no problem switching us to another room, and I appreciated how quickly they handled it. The second room was definitely better and looked like it had been partially renovated, but the TV didn’t...

"Pros: staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Very close to major attractions and any type of shopping or eating out you would like to do is just a mile down the street. Cons: limited amenities. Only had one key card. Does not supply pots/pans essentials for cooking or eating. Overall: my stay was very pleasant. If you are looking for all the frills this is not the place for you. If you are uncomfortable with extended stay guest this is not the place for you. But if you are laid back...

"We had a great stay at the hotel. I really liked that when you paid for an adult breakfast 2 kids got to eat free.. staff was very helpful.. we got down to breakfast at 9 am on a Monday not realizing it ended at 9 and they still let us get food made a whole new thing of eggs for my children and we ate it while they very patiently waited for us to finish. Not once did I feel rushed or like they were annoyed. Front desk was also very nice."
