"Stayed at MO.OM Hotel recently and overall had a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. One thing to note is that the hotel is not very close to the train station, so you will likely need to get an Uber or taxi which can cost around €22 or more depending on the time and location. There also aren’t many shops or places nearby, so we had to go to the nearby Iper shopping centre to buy snacks and essentials. The spa was lovely,...

"Our room was nice and clean. Bathroom was new and very clean, very good shower. The staff were very helpful. Good breakfast from 5:00 AM which is good for early departure."

"It was a solid airport transfer hotel. High costs make sense given the convenience. The place is impeccable and the feel is modern while keeping some of the historic aesthetic. The check in counter staff are a bit grumpy but helpful in all ways that matter. "

"Very close to the airport and plenty of parking. Room was tidied up daily. We were given the room on the ground floor and there were days especially in the morning when there were lots of noises like banging doors and trolleys passing by. Breakfast is fine. Maybe time to get a new bread toaster too as you need to hold the lever to toast it as it is broken😬. Otherwise we had a comfortable stay and staff were very nice, helpfl and accomodating."

"Very friendly and accommodating staff ,especially Wenci and Alessandro , in the restaurant. It would had been complete if there was an oatmeal in the breakfast buffet menu. Nobody seemed to know what it was , they kept pointing me to the porridge which is rice , not oats. Very convenient location near the airport and the bus and train station . The room was clean, overall very good experience for us. Thank you."

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."

"The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and...
