This hotel has really stepped it up in terms of service and friendly staff. However, the hotel rooms and pool need updating.

Hyatt Regency Miami
Stay was very nice and pleasant. Room was very nice. My only complaint was I didn’t like the parking situation or the fact that you had to pay each time you left the lot in a days time.
